Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Roaming Pour. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by The Roaming Pour (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the responsibilities of clients (“you” or “the client”). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

The Roaming Pour offers professional mobile bartending services for private events, including:

  • Bartender staffing

  • Cocktail crafting

  • Bar setup and breakdown

  • Garnishes, mixers, and drink presentation

We do not provide, sell, or distribute alcohol; clients are responsible for supplying all alcoholic beverages.

2. Booking & Payment

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid days before the event.

  • Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods: credit card, Venmo, PayPal, etc.].

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Alcohol Supply: Clients must provide all alcoholic beverages. We do not purchase or sell alcohol under any circumstances.

  • Legal Drinking Age: Clients must ensure all guests consuming alcohol are 21 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification.

  • Safe Consumption: We practice responsible service and reserve the right to cut off guests who appear intoxicated.

  • Venue & Setup: Clients must confirm venue approval for an external bar setup. A suitable space with access to electricity and water must be provided if needed.

4. Liability & Insurance

  • The Roaming Pour is fully insured with general and liquor liability coverage.

  • We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents caused by alcohol consumption.

  • The client assumes full responsibility for guest behavior and any damages to rental equipment.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.

6. Photo & Video Consent

By booking our services, you consent to non-intrusive photography/video recordings of our bartending setup for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before the event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Guilford County courts.

8. Agreement

By booking with The Roaming Pour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
